Famous Adjacent
Sometimes one of my kids, nieces or nephews will ask, “Are you famous”. I’m not, but it is confusing since I am often famous adjacent. I’ve conducted hundreds of interviews over the years and here are a few that make me smile. I really love the long chats with people where we can get into something a bit deeper than the traditional questions.

Sometimes the stars don’t come to you. You have to go to them. My favorite festival to attend is SXSW in one of my hometowns in Austin, TX. This time I chatted with Paul Scheer and took him a Texas sized treat to share!

I’ve interviewed Tony Hale 3 times. I like to think it is because I’m good at my job, but it might also be because I told him his character was “every woman’s fantasy”. Either way, Tony is the kind of person that you want to hang out with, and one of the nicest people I’ve met.
